This area has a fantastic transportation infrastructure and it has a more active night life than some of the other areas of the city.
This is a fun and exciting neighborhood that is a great choice for individuals who love dining out and enjoy living in an area with a fairly active night life. It is located near the districts of Serangoon, Novena and Bendemeer. The buildings are a mix of residential, commercial (retail) and industrial properties although the industrial properties are limited. There are also a number of historical attractions in the area as well for you to view.
